Returns Policy

We always aim to provide the highest quality jewellery however if would like to return your item, we are happy to refund qualified items within 28 days after the purchase date.  All items must be unworn, with labels attached, in their original unmarked packaging with proof of purchase. 

 

Aria Paul Limited is not responsible for any delivery charges incurred to return products back of our offices to process a refund. All refunds for orders that qualified for free standard delivery will have a refund delivery fee of £3.95 applied to that total refunded amount.

It should be noted that any free or complimentary gifts provided as part of any returned purchases must be sent back along with the item.  

 

Please note that the following items are not refundable:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Jewellery sets (as these are priced with earrings)

Refunds are processed once we have received your item and can take up to 3-5 working days.

Refunds for orders from Europe and the rest of the world can take up to 12 working days to complete.

 

For card payments, refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.

 

Please note that if you purchase an item at full price that has been reduced under a sale, the price difference is not refundable.
